L’Oréal Interactive eLearning Module
As an e-learning developer at Unityhealth, I developed an educational module for L’Oreal to promote their Anthelios sunscreen protection product. I focused on creating a user-friendly design concept that allowed for easy identification of the product and an interactive learning experience. The success of the project had a positive impact on L’Oreal’s business, increasing sales and building stronger customer relationships.
Salesforce CRM Simulation
I had the opportunity to design a Salesforce CRM simulation for White Pages to assist new hires in exploring and practicing the CRM before officially beginning their work. The simulation is designed with different levels of tasks to suit users’ varying knowledge levels, thus reinforcing their engagement with the system. By providing an immersive and engaging simulation, we were able to significantly improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
Movicol
As an e-learning designer, I had the opportunity to develop a module for Norgine to promote their new product, Movicol, which is used to manage constipation. The design concept focused on using a customized accordion effect to easily navigate through frequently asked questions, making the learning experience more efficient. By educating their audience about the benefits of their product and providing a user-friendly platform to explore it, they were able to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
MedAdvisor
I collaborated with MedAdvisor to design and develop three interactive e-learning modules, which simulated customer behavior and taught users how to use the MedAdvisor mobile app and system. The use of character animation, particularly with Phil, significantly increased module engagement. The modules effectively demonstrated complex systems and provided clear instruction on mobile app design. Overall, these e-learning modules had a positive impact on MedAdvisor’s business by improving customer education and engagement.
