MedAdvisor education modules
I had the opportunity to collaborate with MedAdvisor to design and develop a set of digital education modules. The main objective of these modules was to introduce the MedAdvisor backend system, guide users on how to install and use the MedAdvisor app on their mobile, and demonstrate how the GuildCare system works. MedAdvisor provided character animations, which significantly increased module engagement and reinforced the learning experience.
To create an engaging and effective learning experience, I accessed the MedAdvisor backend system with a demo account and recorded the screen to provide step-by-step guidance. I then added hotspots to the module, guiding users to click on them to view the instructions. Users could view the step-by-step guidance about how to use the backend system, which made the learning process more effective and easy to understand.
Demonstrating the mobile app was also an important part of the project. To guide users on how to install the MedAdvisor app on their mobile, I collected screenshots and edited them in Captivate, adding related instructions to help users install the app with ease.
One of the most challenging aspects of the project was demonstrating the complex GuildCare system. To ensure a clear and effective learning experience, I recorded the entire process and divided it into pieces, embedding it into the module. I then rebuilt the drop-down menu and added a conditional action behind each option so that users could practice using the system as if it were real.
The result was a comprehensive set of digital education modules that made learning easy, interactive and engaging. The feedback from MedAdvisor was positive, and the modules were instrumental in training their employees and stakeholders on the use of the new product
